Carla Piedade

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Carla is a senior social-housing and construction leader with extensive experience in programme recovery, governance and strategic asset management. She has led complex investment and safety programmes for Registered Providers and local authorities across the UK, working directly with executives, boards and regulators.

Carla is also a qualified Senior Drone Pilot with over a decade of flying experience, leading 3Quency's drone and digital surveying work — from roof and façade inspections to thermal and LiDAR capture.

Tony Piedade

Co-founder & Technical Lead

Tony leads the technical practice — building safety, complex construction and digital surveying. He brings deep hands-on experience of remediation, condition assessment and CAA-certified drone and LiDAR operations, translating technical evidence into decisions boards can act on.
